WBD is proud to acknowledge Phil Whitehead as the eighth inductee into its prestigious Hall of Fame Lender Team, celebrating his remarkable achievement of more than 20 SBA 504 projects. This milestone reflects Phil’s deep commitment to small business growth, as well as his enduring partnership with WBD.
As the current Senior Vice President - Business Banking Sales Manager for Lake Ridge Bank out of its Janesville office, Phil’s first 504 loan with WBD was for a restaurant he helped finance in 2001.
Since then, Phil has serviced a total of 24 SBA 504 loans with WBD, driving more than $56 million in total project costs. These economic development projects have fueled local investment and business expansion across Wisconsin and have contributed to the creation and retention of nearly 390 jobs, strengthening the communities we serve.
