We are seeking a full-time Loan Closer to join our Madison team.

 

Loan Closers work closely with loan officers, analysts, closing attorneys, title companies and other outside agencies to ensure the highest level of customer service to produce complete loan package which is compliant with SBA 504 loan program requirements.  Loan closer has high attention to detail and has superior organizational skills to meet rigid deadlines. The ideal candidate will have commercial loan documentation experience.

We are also seeking a full-time Loan Servicing Coordinator to join our Oshkosh team.

 

The Loan Servicing Coordinator works closely with borrowers, banking partners, insurance agents and SBA to provide high-quality support to ensure timely, consistent servicing, monitoring, and compliance of WBD’s SBA loan portfolio.

 

Duties include processing routine requests for information to assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance within the loan portfolio.  This may include work related to annual risk assessment of borrowers, ensuring proper insurance is in file, verify job creation compliance, prepare management reports, communicate with new and existing borrowers regarding their requests for loan servicing, payoffs, and general inquiries.  The Loan Servicing Coordinator will also assist with other process improvement projects as needed.

We are also seeking a full-time Portfolio Analyst to join our Oshkosh team.

 

The Portfolio Analyst works closely internally with the Servicing and Loan Officer teams and externally with our banking partners and SBA. The Portfolio Analyst supports the Servicing team and is responsible for reports and analyzing trends within the loan portfolio and industry and market trends. He/she is responsible for monitoring the loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with SBA requirements as well as identifying changes in portfolio or borrower trends; including monitoring monthly payments, payoff requests and liquidation activities.

 

The analyst will routinely perform risk assessments and monitor emerging problem loans for individual borrowers as well as process servicing requests for borrowers to ensure the loan is in full compliance with SBA regulations throughout the life of the loan.  Servicing requests may include processing ownership changes, adding guarantors, assumptions, release of collateral, etc. Responsibilities include assisting with SBA 7(a) projects including application and liquidation packages as needed.
