We are seeking a full-time Loan Closer to join our Madison team.
Loan Closers work closely with loan officers, analysts, closing attorneys, title companies and other outside agencies to ensure the highest level of customer service to produce complete loan package which is compliant with SBA 504 loan program requirements. Loan closer has high attention to detail and has superior organizational skills to meet rigid deadlines. The ideal candidate will have commercial loan documentation experience.

A bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following areas: commercial loan processing and documentation, loan servicing, or real estate title experience. SBA experience is a plus, but not required.
