WBD is pleased to welcome Jim Flanagan, senior vice president – commercial banking with First Business Bank out of its Brookfield, Wis. office, into its Elite Lender ranks. Flanagan recently completed his 10th SBA 504 loan with WBD.
Jim banked his first 504 small business project with a small manufacturer back in 2001. Since that time, Jim has assisted commercial clients from three different financial institutions, each time helping to strengthen the local economy in southeast Wisconsin.
The 10 SBA 504 projects of which Jim teamed up with WBD secured more than $9.8 million in long-term, fixed-rate financing, supporting more than $23.1 million in total project investment that led to the creation of 26 jobs through these business expansions.
WBD loan officer Steve Kohl has worked with Jim on his past eight 504 loan deals and noted Flanagan’s vast experience and professionalism in assisting his clients with expanding their businesses.
“Jim has a solid understanding of SBA programs and has been innovative in structuring deals that set his business customers up for long-term success,” Kohl said.
