WBD is honored to recognize Stephen Timm, vice president – business banker with Bank of Sun Prairie, as its 73rd Elite Lender. Stephen recently completed his 10th SBA 504 loan with WBD.
Stephen banked his first 504 small business project with a local hotel back in 2019. Since then, Stephen has assisted commercial clients from two different financial institutions, each time helping to strengthen the local economy in southeast Wisconsin.
The 10 SBA 504 projects of which Stephen teamed up with WBD secured more than $10.6 million in long-term, fixed-rate financing, supporting more than $37.4 million in total project investment that led to the creation of 62 jobs through these business expansions.
WBD loan officer Nick Drewsen has worked with Stephen on his past five 504 loan deals. He noted Stephen began his SBA lending career as a credit analyst with WBD and has enjoyed watching Stephen’s professional growth since transitioning into private banking.
