WBD recently recognized Elite Lender Larry Schwenn, Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer at Bank of Sun Prairie, with the presentation of an award at a happy hour organized for their team at Octopi Brewing in Waunakee. Larry joined the exclusive Elite Lenders Club this year because he collaborated with WBD at least 10 times.

Working with WBD, Larry has now partnered with us 13 times since 1994, helping businesses access long-term, low rate fixed financing available through the SBA 504 program. His efforts have secured over $30,000,000 in total project financing for these local businesses. Plus, he has played a part in the addition of over a hundred jobs to businesses in Sauk and Dane County by his work in helping to configure the financing needed to help expand these businesses through commercial real estate or equipment purchases.
