Tiffany Burnett is a new hire for WBD who came on board August 18, 2025. She will be working remotely for our 7(a) Lender Services business (WBD Service Company) alongside Becky Schneider and Jill Faber. Tiffany has 16+ years of direct banking experience dedicated in commercial lending support, loan documentation and credit analysis. She also had direct experience in her prior institution's SBA lending program.
She started out her banking career while still in high school. After graduation, while working full time during the week and part time during the weekends, she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from UW Stevens Point, attending as a half time student. Her 25+ year banking career path has given her a vast knowledge of commercial lending. In being able to help local businesses and entrepreneurs, she found a passion for the SBA program and is excited to join the WBD team to keep local communities thriving!

- I love to travel! Doesn’t matter where…there is always something to see! My bucket list includes Iceland, Vancouver, Costa Rica and several national parks.
- I started my banking career when I was 16 years old by working in a proof department.
- I enjoy volunteering and am the current President for a large local non-profit food pantry.
- In a second life, I would have a career in criminology and forensics. I love the crime documentaries!
- I consider myself to be an old soul that loves old country music and playing bingo!
