Phil Schrabeck, vice president and senior credit manager, has been with WBD since 2008. During his tenure, Phil has worked on 504, 7(a) and New Markets tax credit applications. He currently manages the credit team and the entire credit review process. Phil genuinely enjoys driving through the state and seeing the names of so many borrowers on passing trucks and buildings, and knowing that WBD played a role in that company's success.

- With three kids at home, our calendar stays full—there are days I feel like an Uber driver.
- Proud Badger, Packer, and Brewer fan. We attended our first UW Volleyball game at the Field House this past year and looking forward to more.
- I enjoy getting out on the golf course, and once a year I meet up with friends for a long weekend of golf, card games, and good times.
