Since teaming up on his first SBA 504 loan in 2011, Charlie Paulson, VP of Commercial Lending at Nicolet National Bank, has completed ten impactful projects supporting small businesses making him WBD's newest Elite Lender. His expertise and collaborative spirit continue to drive growth and strengthen communities across the region.
Charlie has collaborated with WBD 10 times since 2011 to help businesses access the long-term, low rate, fixed financing available by utilizing the SBA 504 program. His efforts have secured over $18,000,000 in total project financing for these local businesses, as well as adding over 220 jobs because of their expansions!
WBD loan officer Kyle Kuntz has had the pleasure of partnering with Charlie Paulson for several years and is eager to continue collaborating on future SBA 504 projects.
