Loan Servicing Specialist - WBD offices in Eau Claire, Madison, Oshkosh and Waukesha

We are seeking a full-time Loan Servicing Specialist to join our team.  WBD has offices located in Madison, Waukesha, Eau Claire and Oshkosh and offers flexible work arrangements for trained personnel.  WBD would prefer to place this position in Oshkosh where significant servicing resources are located.

 

Loan Servicing Specialists work under the direct supervision of the VP for Compliance and other more senior members of the servicing team.  This position performs a variety of customer service, administrative and staff support duties for the loan servicing department, which require a wide range of skills and knowledge of commercial loan documentation. This position responds, in writing or verbally, to requests for information from banks or borrowers. The individual communicates directly with banks, borrowers, SBA and internal WBD personnel. The individual participates in other projects as directed.

 

Regardless of your experience level, WBD is interested in candidates with:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are required. 
  • Excellent time management skills (handle multiple priorities simultaneously). 
  • Competent in MS Office (especially Exel and Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Diligent, conscientious and thorough.

 

A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.  Experience and knowledge with commercial banking, loan servicing, real estate title policy or commercial mortgage processing experience would be a plus.

Loan Coordinator - WBD offices in Eau Claire, Madison, Oshkosh and Waukesha

Our Loan Coordinator position interacts internally with all levels of staff and externally with customers to provide high-quality services and support to ensure timely, consistent movement of loans through WBD’s process.

 

Duties include management of file organization, document checklists and third-party vendor due diligence; keeping loan data systems accurate and updated throughout the process; compiling documents for loan applications; and ensuring proper information is collected, documented and reviewed to ensure compliance after approval.

 

A successful candidate will be highly organized, self-disciplined, and demonstrative accountability. Knowledge of banking operations, loan processes and/or closing processes at bank or Title Company are preferred. Specific experience related to commercial real estate and/or SBA loans a plus.  Associate’s degree in finance or business field is preferred.  Positions open for various levels of experience, wage commensurate with experience.

Credit Analysts - WBD offices in Eau Claire, Madison, Oshkosh and Waukesha

 

A rewarding career opportunity in a professional work environment exists for you with WBD! We are seeking a full-time credit analyst to join our team.  WBD has offices located in Madison, Waukesha, Eau Claire and Oshkosh and offers flexible work arrangements for trained personnel.

 

Credit analysts provide analysis and underwriting for small business loans for WBD, Inc.  They work with WBD loan officers to analyze business information and prepare credit presentations for loan committee review and prepare SBA loan packages.   As needed and trained, may assist with loan closing, and perform other loan services for small businesses and banks.

 

Regardless of your experience level, WBD is interested in candidates with:

  • Competent in MS Office and Excel spreadsheets

Bachelor’s Degree in business field, accounting preferred. Experience and knowledge with banking laws, regulations, policies and practices preferred (required for upper levels).
