September 2014 | Milwaukee, WI

Started in 1995 by Ann Marino with daily operations run by husband Rick and their son Peter, RAM Group, Inc. operates the website SHIRTSandLOGOS.com which is an online specialty retailer of sports apparel. A sublimation process is used to produce the apparel which offers unique, high quality personalized apparel. This is a printing process that uses heat to transfer dye onto materials such as a plastic, card, paper or fabric. Their facility is located in Milwaukee, WI close to many schools and businesses.

Ann saw an opportunity to increase the efficiency of the business in December 2013. With the help of an SBA 504 Loan from WBD and financing from Tri City National Bank, she was able to purchase a new Reggiani Printer. This printer will help increase the daily output of apparel and also create 8 more jobs to promote economic development in the Milwaukee community.
