Credit Analyst II

 

WBD's Madison and Waukesha offices are looking for qualified candidates for Credit Analyst II.

 

We're currently hiring for two entry level Credit Analysts to support our efforts in the Madison and Milwaukee markets.

 

The primary responsibilities of this position include: evaluate and analyze business financial information including spreading business financial statements; prepare detailed descriptions of company background, management and collateral for financial and credit review; obtain and evaluate borrower’s credit worthiness; complete government forms and compile required information and documents for preparation of loan application packages.

 

A successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and be a team player. Prior experience is not required. WBD will consider an intern to grow into a full-time position, a recent college graduate or even an individual with up to 2 years of credit analyst experience. WBD offers professional development paths into mid and upper level Credit Analyst positions or other job opportunities within WBD for motivated individuals.

Loan Process Coordinator II

 

With the strong current closing pipeline and anticipated additional volume due to the pending enhancements to the 504 program, we are looking for an entry level Loan Process Coordinator to start soon in our Madison Office.

 

The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide support to and coordination between loan officers, credit analysts, closing, and servicing personnel to ensure timely, consistent transition of loans through WBD’s process. Manages file organization, manages document checklists, handles third party vendor due diligence, compiles documents for SBA loan applications and closing packages, enters loan data on systems and updates loan data on systems to maintain data integrity.  Monitors project costs to ensure all proper cost and borrower contribution documentation is collected, documented, and reviewed. Supports project management of Lender Services projects. Ensures compliance with SBA 504 program regulations. Interacts internally with all levels of staff and externally with customers (bankers and borrowers).

 

A successful candidate will have effective communication skill; be highly organized with an attention to detail. Minimum two years’ relevant work experience in loan processes and/or closing procedures required. Specific experience related to commercial real estate and/or SBA loans preferred. Knowledge of banking operations and/or loan administration in bank or title company helpful. A Bachelor’s degree in finance or business-related field may be considered in lieu of experience.
