Dr. Fred Johnson is the CEO and founder of Initiative One, a company that focuses on changing the behaviors of key leaders within organizations. A nationally recognized leader himself, Dr. Johnson is an expert in understanding the implications of the interactions of different generations and their own unique needs as they relate to the corporate environment.  He has developed and implemented proprietary processes that create cultural change within corporate and organization environments which are focused on improving the behaviors in key leaders. Dr Johnson's processes result in verifiable improvements in morale, productivity, profitability and efficiency.

In June 2014 Dr. Johnson saw an opportunity to purchase a building in downtown Green Bay which would create a space to operate and house corporate meetings with his clientele. With the help of an SBA 504 loan provided by WBD and financed in partnership with Nicolet National Bank, Dr. Johnson was able to purchase and renovate an old vacant building in downtown Green Bay. This allowed Dr. Johnson to move the corporate headquarters of Initiative One from Scottsdale, AZ to Green Bay, WI. The renovations brought new life to the downtown landscape and allowed for three new jobs to be added to the Green Bay area.
