In 2007 Dynamic Recycling opened its doors and offered an environmentally responsible way for people to dispose of their electronic, appliance and fluorescent light bulb refuse. From IT asset disposition, electronics recycling, scrap purchasing and data security, Dynamic Recycling strives to provide their customers with safe and environmentally friendly ways to dispose of their used electronics. Operating with a strict “No Landfill” policy, Dynamic Recycling breaks down e-waste, or as they call the process, de-manufacturing, into usable components. To ensure sensitive data is protected, Dynamic Recycling utilizes sanitation and shredding technology which processes and destroys confidential information.
In November of 2016, Miles and Gary Harter, owners of Dynamic Recycling, saw an opportunity to purchase and renovate a new location. With the help of an SBA 504 loan provided by WBD and financing through the River Bank, they were able to buy a larger building and modify it for Dynamic Recycling’s use. The new facility greatly increases the space available for Dynamic Recycling’s operations and improves efficiency. It will also allow Dynamic Recycling to add 70 new staff members to their team of dedicated e-recyclers.
