Bullard Children's Dentistry LLC

November 2011 | Sheboygan, WI

In 2004, Dr. George Bullard formed Bullard Family Dentistry to provide pediatric dental services for infants, toddlers, teens and special needs adults. The clinic provides preventative cleanings and x-rays, fillings, phase 1 and phase II orthodontics and hospital dentistry under general anesthesia. Bullard Family Dentistry currently has two locations, one in Sheboygan and one in Manitowoc, WI.

In the summer of 2010, the Sheboygan clinic launched a new orthodontics program that would help expand the business. To accommodate more clients, Dr. Bullard decided to purchase a facility in Sheboygan to replace their leased location. The owner utilized an SBA 504 loan provided by WBD, along with financing from Associated Bank, to purchase property and make renovations to the building. The long term fixed interest rate offered by the SBA program helped allow this business to offer more services to children and increase the tax base, supporting economic development in Sheboygan.
