October 2015 | Luxemburg, WI

Autumn Fields Senior Living Communities is a newly established community-based residential senior living facility which specializes in assisting residents with memory care issues. Offering services which encourage independence in a safe and motivating environment, Autumn Fields provides their residents with a beautiful place to live and peace of mind. Each resident has their own private suite where their unique needs are met through flexible levels of assistance. By partnering with a variety of professionals, Autumn Fields is able to offer their residents onsite physicians, occupational, physical and speech therapies and beauticians and barbers. They also host  support groups for caregivers and offer respite care for families who might need temporary assistance in caring for their loved ones.

In May 2014, Ray Krusic saw an opportunity to fully renovate a commercial property that he owned into what is known as Autumn Fields. With help from an SBA 504 loan provided by WBD, financed in partnership with The Business Bank, Ray was able to make his forward-looking plan a reality. Autumn Fields opened its doors to the public in March 2015 and added seven jobs to the Luxemburg area.
