504 Rates (Historical)

Effective interest rates are calculated by Colson Services Corp. after receipt of debenture pricing provided by the DCFC Fiscal Agent every month. 

20-year debentures are pooled and sold on Wall Street the first Tuesday of each month. 10-year debentures are pooled and sold the first Tuesday of every other month. For the exact dates, see the Table of 504 Debenture Pricing & Funding Dates.

**Please Note: The series for zero subsidy has been discontinued. Effective rates are calculated using the methodology explained in the March 26, 1999 letter from Mark Barbash, then DCFC President.
