Profile Finishing Systems was created in 2000 to provide "in-house" surface cleaning, preparation, and finishing services for a multitude of industries. Owners Steve & Diane Reis and Ronald Butts have built facilities that are climate-controlled to assure that the highest quality of work is performed. In responding to customers' needs, the company has developed the technologies and capacity to fill those needs, and in the process expanded products, facilities, and employment. In 1990, Profile Finishing Systems hired its first employee and has grown to over 66 staff, making a real difference in the local communities. While Profile Finishing Systems and its sister company, Coatco Enterprises, have facilities based in Kaukauna and Waukesha, their work reaches the global market.
